How do I get started?

Do you offer any discounted plans?
Yes, we offer discount on annual plans, when they are paid upfront. Bigger discounts are available on biennial or triennial plans.
What is an Engagement Audit?
An Engagement Audit assesses your current situation, determining your unique and specific issues, and makes recommendations as to how you would improve and deal with the significant engagement factors that effect your organisation.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can. Regular billing, in advance, begins at the end of your 14 days trial. You can choose to pay monthly or yearly (to secure a lower price). You can cancel before your next payment is due to discontinue the program.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees on any of our plans. We have training guides available to help you with setting up your program. If needed, you can request an Engagement Audit or Program Design Consultation, for a fee.
How can I organise an audit?
You can organise an Engagement Audit anytime by completing a simple request or by getting in touch with your account manager.
How long are your contracts?
Plans are paid in advance monthly or annually. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. There are no refunds for cancellation or downgrades.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. You can sign up and trial Rewardco for 14 days without entering your credit card details. At the end of your trial, you will need to provide your credit card details for ongoing billing.
Who manages the programs?
Your own staff can manage the program, and develop engagement modes relevant to strategies and tactics you want to implement internally. You may also delegate management to our customer success team if preferred.
