Create Milestone

1. On the left navigation menu, click Milestone.
2. Mouse over the menu option and click + New Milestone.
3. Enter the necessary details:
   • Details: Title and description of the milestone.
   • Values: Tie in your org context.
   • Drivers: Tie in your org context.
   • KRA: Tie in your org context.
   • Unit: Make this milestone exclusive for specific groups or units.
   • Tools:
     • Allow Comment: Check this box to allow commenting in the activity feed for members.
     • Upload: Upload an image for this milestone.
     • Milestone Type: Select type of milestone.
     • Tenure: For service milestone type, choose a tenure
     • Start Date: A tenure is reached based on this date. Select any of the following options:
     • User Start Date: Date user was added to the program.
     • Milestone Creation Date: Date milestone was created.
     • Apply Retroactively: Enter custom date.
     • Points Reward: Enter number of points to be earned by member for reaching this milestone.
     • Cash Reward: Enter cash to be earned by member for reaching this milestone.
     • Award: Upload an award image.
     • Catalog: Select products that members can redeem from, using points earned.
     • Approval - Automatic: Check this box to automatically approve the milestone.
     • Approval - Manual: Check this box to manually approve the milestone.
     • Congratulations Message: Set a congratulations message for all who reach this milestone. This message is displayed on the Milestone activity page for members,
4. Click Save.

Access Milestone

1. On the left navigation menu, click Milestone.

Actions

• Edit: Click to edit the milestone details.
• Award: Click to select recipients and give milestone award.
• Award History: Click to view milestone recipients.

Award History Table

• Total Redeemed: Companies can specify how many products can be redeemed as part of the award. This is the number of products redeemed by each member.
• Total Approved: Products redeemed is PENDING until Company admin changes the status. This is the total approved redemption.

Milestone Redemption

Members who redeem reward items associated with milestones they receive will display on this page.

1. On the left navigation menu, click Products + Catalogs > Redemptions.
2. Once open, click the Awards tab.
3. To update the milestone redemption status, under "Actions" column > select a state.
