Paxform wanted one place for everything that keeps a team connected: thanks between colleagues, formal nominations, events, feedback and service milestones. It also wanted a way to reward the partners who refer new business, without buying a second system.

    Employees thank each other in a feed everyone can see.

  2. Nominations in 12 categories

    Employees nominate colleagues across 12 award categories.

  3. Events with attendance

    Team events run through the program, with attendance recorded.

  4. Surveys and mood meter

    Employees share how they feel and answer surveys.

  5. Milestones and ideas

    Service milestones are marked, and employees can put forward ideas.

  6. A partner referral program

    Paxform's partners had their own branded site to refer new business and submit claims.
