    Staff nominate colleagues across 12 award categories.

  3. Events with attendance

    Team events run through the programme, with attendance recorded.

  4. Surveys and mood meter

    Staff share how they feel and answer surveys.

  5. Milestones and ideas

    Service milestones are marked, and staff can put forward ideas.

  6. A partner referral programme

    Paxform's partners had their own branded site to refer new business and submit claims.
