Guides for the people taking part in programs on the RewardCo platform, and for the administrators who run them.

Looking for where to sign in?

Participants

For people taking part in a program: finding your program, earning, claiming and redeeming.

  • How to find your program's login page

There is no central RewardCo login for participants. Each program has its own web address, given to you by the organisation that runs it.

  • Onboard Module

Complete the onboarding packages your program admin has set up by opening each card, answering its questions and submitting your answers.

  • Challenge Module

Find the challenges open to you, record your performance for a challenge, and view its details, leaderboard and team results.

  • Claims Module

Find the claim campaigns open to you, make a claim by entering its details, and view your past claims in your claims history.

  • Documents Module

Open the Documents page to browse the document categories and files shared with you, and download the documents you need.

  • Milestone Module

See your milestone achievements and your teammates' recent ones, join the conversation in the activity stream, and view milestone details.

  • Nomination Module

Nominate a colleague in one of your program's nomination categories with a note on why, and view recent nominations, awards and details.

  • Referral Module

Submit a referral for one of your program's offers, follow the steps to add its details, and view past referrals in your referral history.

  • Survey Module

Complete the surveys in your program, then view your past responses and any rewards you earned for completing them.

Administrators

For the people who set up and run a program: settings, members, modules and reports.

  • Getting Started

Set up your program: company and program details, branding, theme, email templates, registration, user import and organisation context.

  • Programs and Modes

Create programs for your organisation, teams or regions, build engagement modes to reuse across them, and edit, pause or archive programs.

  • Manage Teams and Groups

Create teams as business units in your organisation context, one at a time or by importing a file, and check the import error report.

  • Email Members

Send a custom email from your program to all members, to selected units or teams, or to individual members you search for.

  • Challenge Module

Create challenges, approve or reject the performance members submit, see top performers and teams, and select a winner to close a challenge.

  • Claims Module

Create claim campaigns, approve or reject submitted claims with a private note, and edit, archive or restore campaigns for your members.

  • Commend Module

Create Commend badges, give members Commend credit, and track recognitions, badge rankings, credit history and team results.

  • Documents Module

Upload sets of documents for your members, edit or archive them, and choose which units or teams can access each set.

  • Employee of the Month Module

Open the Employee of the Month page and give a new award by entering its date, category and description, then view past awards.

  • Events Module

Create events with a date, time and points reward, choose which units can join, and mark attendance to award points to attendees.

  • KPI Module

Create KPIs with targets, frequency and reward points, manage active and archived KPIs, and record performance for one or many employees.

  • Milestone Module

Create service and other milestones with points, cash or catalogue rewards, award them to recipients, and manage milestone redemptions.

  • Nomination Module

Create nomination categories with points or cash awards and an approver, approve or reject nominations, and nominate a member yourself.

  • Referral Module

Create referral offers with points or cash rewards, approve or reject the referrals members submit, and set up custom referral statuses.

  • More Features and Settings

Add users manually, customise menus and quick actions, set the points system, handle cash conversion requests, catalogues and program terms.
