The challenge

The challenge

Sydney Hills Business Chamber runs regular events for its members, and MyBoard: small peer advisory boards where member business owners meet to advise each other. The Chamber wanted one place, in its own brand, where members could see what was on, register, keep up with their MyBoard group and refer other businesses, and where the Chamber could see who was taking part.

The program

What they set up

  1. A program site in the Chamber's brand

    Members signed in to the Sydney Hills Business Chamber Member Engagement Program.

  2. Events with attendance

    The Chamber listed its events, from MyBoard meetings to networking events, and attendance was recorded for each one.

  3. MyBoard peer advisory groups

    Twelve MyBoard groups were set up, each with its own members and meetings.

  4. Member referrals

    Members could refer other businesses to the Chamber from the same site.

Results

Results

The Chamber ran its events and MyBoard groups through the program for more than two years, so every meeting and who came to it sat in one place.
