Every claim follows the same path, so participants always know where theirs is up to.

    The participant enters the sale or purchase and uploads the invoice or receipt, on any device.

    Rules you set check the product, date and amount. Duplicate claims are flagged before anyone approves them.

Step 01 · Submit

A claim form that takes a minute

Participants pick the exact product from your catalog, enter the quantity and attach the invoice. Points or cash back are worked out as they type, so there are no surprises.

Step 02 · Check

The invoice sits next to the claim, with the details that matter picked out. Product, date and amount are checked against the campaign before a person looks at it.

Step 02 · Check

When a claim looks like one already submitted, it is held for review with both side by side. Your approver decides in one click, and the reason is kept on file.
