Use case: academic and student programs
Make taking part worth it, for students and employees.
An engagement program in your institution's brand. Students and faculty are recognized for their effort, rewarded for taking part and kept up to date in one place.
The problem
Effort that goes unseen is effort that stops.
Students who volunteer, mentor or turn up to every event rarely hear that it mattered. Faculty who go further are thanked in passing, if at all. Surveys go unanswered. Recognition works when it is quick to give, visible to others and tied to the things your institution values.

How it works
From taking part to rewarded in four steps
One site for students and employees, in your institution's brand.
Four steps: set up a site in your institution's brand, invite students and employees, they take part and earn points, and they choose a reward.
- 01
Set up
We set up a site in your institution's brand, with the programs and rewards you choose.
- 02
Invite
You invite students, faculty or both, by group.
- 03
Take part
They attend events, answer surveys, meet challenges and thank each other, and earn points for each.
- 04
Reward
They spend their points on gift cards or rewards from your catalog.
Example
Example: a college's student leaders program
A college wants more students to volunteer and to answer its course surveys. Student leaders earn points for each event they help run, each survey they complete and each nomination they receive. At the end of the term the college thanks its top contributors in front of their peers.
