Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Staff sign in with their work Microsoft account, so there are no new passwords to remember. When someone leaves and their Microsoft account is turned off, they can no longer sign in. Partners and customers without a Microsoft account sign in with their email address and a password.

Duplicate claims are flagged before anyone approves them. Every reward traces back to a claim and an approval, so finance can check any payment.
