The new rewardco.com: what changed and where to find things

Our new website is live. Here is what changed, where the platform pages, client stories, help and legal documents now live, and what stayed the same.

Welcome to the new rewardco.com. We rebuilt the site from the ground up to make it easier to see what RewardCo does, who it is for and how a program could work for you. This post explains what changed, where things live now and what stayed the same.

What RewardCo does, in one line

RewardCo is a platform for recognition, incentive and loyalty programs. Organisations use it to reward their staff, dealers, channel partners and customers with points, gift cards, cashback and payouts to the bank. The new site is organised around those audiences, so you can go straight to the part that fits your program.

Pages for your people, your partners and your customers

The site now has a clear page for each part of the platform:

  • Recognition covers peer thanks, nominations and service milestones for staff.
  • Claims and cashback covers sales claims for dealers and retail staff, and cashback campaigns for workshops, installers and customers.
  • Rewards covers the points wallet, the rewards catalogue, gift cards and payouts to local bank accounts in many currencies.
  • Reporting, white-label, integrations, and security and sign-on each have their own page, for the questions finance and IT teams tend to ask.

There are also solution pages for employee programs and for channel and dealer incentives, and use case pages, such as customer engagement, that show how the modules come together for a particular goal.

Two ways to run a program

Every program on RewardCo can be run in one of two ways. You can run it yourself, with your own admins managing the program on the platform. Or you can have RewardCo run it: our team approves or checks claims, pays out rewards, helps participants and sends you a monthly report. You keep the rules and the budget either way, and you can switch later.

The new site explains both options side by side on How it works, so you can see which suits your team before you talk to us.

A new page for agencies

Agencies that bring and manage clients now have their own page, For agencies. It explains how an agency can offer recognition, incentive and loyalty programs to clients under its own brand, manage many client programs from one place and let each client choose what data the agency can see. Each client can run its program itself or have RewardCo run it.

Client stories

The new Case studies section tells the story of programs our clients run or have run on RewardCo, including staff recognition, KPI rewards, retail sales claims and workshop cashback. Each story explains how the program was set up and what it rewarded.

Help has its own section

Our help documents have moved to a dedicated Help section. Guides for program admins and for program members are now easier to find and read, and old help links take you to the right place.

If you are a member of a program and you are looking for where to sign in, note that there is no single sign in page on rewardco.com. Each program has its own web address, usually in your organisation’s brand. The Help section explains how to find yours.

All our legal documents now sit together on one Legal page. Alongside the terms of use, the privacy policy and the participant terms, you will find a service agreement, a service level agreement, an accessibility statement and a modern slavery statement.

Australian, UK and US versions

The marketing pages are available in Australian, UK and US English, with spelling and wording to match. The home page offers the version that matches your country, and you can change it at any time from the footer. The blog, help and legal documents are in Australian English.

The blog stays where it was

Posts from our old blog have moved across at the same addresses, so links you have saved or shared still work. A few older posts on the same topic were combined into one fuller post, and their old links take you to it. We are also publishing new guides on running better programs, written by the RewardCo team: practical posts on recognition, sales incentives, claims and cashback, referrals, loyalty and running a program well. The first of them are live today.

If you would like a short note when new guides are published, you can sign up to the newsletter in the footer.

If you have bookmarked a page on the old site, it should take you to the closest page on the new one. If you find a link that does not, please let us know at hello@rewardco.com.

What stayed the same

The platform, the programs our clients run and the team behind them have not changed. The new site is a clearer way to show what we do.
