The short version
- Some rewards need approval first. Delivery times start once a reward is approved.
- Digital gift cards arrive by email. In the Philippines, they can include credit to a GCash wallet.
- Payouts go to your bank account. How long they take depends on your bank and country.
- Physical items, if your program offers them, are sent by the organisation running the program.
- Keep your email address, mobile number and bank details up to date. If something has not arrived, tell us.
This summary helps you find your way. The full text below is what applies.
1.About this page
This page explains how and when Rewards are delivered in Programs on the RewardCo platform. It forms part of the Participant Terms.
The times here are estimates, not guarantees. Your Program Rules or Promotion Terms may set different times. If they do, those apply.
2.Definitions
The terms Claim, Gift Card, Organisation, Participant, Payout, Points, Program, Program Rules, Program Site, Promotion Terms, Reward and Supplier have the meanings given in the Participant Terms. Our Suppliers are listed on our Suppliers page (/legal/suppliers/).
3.Before a reward is sent
Claims. If you earn a Reward by lodging a Claim, the Claim is reviewed first, in the way and within the time your Program sets. Points from an approved Claim appear in your Program wallet once it is approved.
Redemptions. Some Programs check redemptions before they are fulfilled. Your Program decides whether that is done by a person, by automatic checks, or both.
Funding. In rare cases, a redemption may wait until the Organisation has funded it. We will tell you if this happens.
4.Digital gift cards
Gift Cards are delivered digitally by our Suppliers, by email to the address in your profile. In the Philippines, rewards are delivered by Gifted, also by email, and can include credit to a GCash wallet.
Most Gift Cards arrive within 1 business day of the redemption being approved. Some take longer if the Supplier checks the order. If an email has not arrived, check your junk or spam folder first.
5.Payouts to your bank account
Payouts are sent through Airwallex to the bank account you have given, in that account's currency where available.
Once a Payout is approved, it is usually sent within 10 business days, and usually reaches your account within 1 to 3 business days after that, depending on your bank and country. Public holidays, currency conversion and payment checks can add time.
If a Payout fails, see the Returns and Refunds Policy, section 5.
6.Physical items
RewardCo does not send physical items. If your Program offers one, the Organisation sends it, directly or through its own supplier, under its own delivery terms. Ask the Organisation about delivery times.
7.Delays and missing rewards
We will tell you if we know a Reward will be delayed. Delays can be caused by things outside our control, such as Supplier or bank delays and public holidays. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a Reward has not arrived within the times on this page, contact the support contact on your Program Site, or email hello@rewardco.com with your name, your Program and your redemption or Claim number. Please tell us within 14 days of the expected delivery date, so we can trace it while records are available. If you tell us later, we will still try to help.
