- These are the businesses that deliver digital rewards and payouts in programs on the RewardCo platform.
- Each one has its own terms, which apply to the reward it supplies.
- We share with each supplier only the information it needs to deliver your reward.
- We add suppliers from time to time. This page is the one place we list them, and our other legal documents refer to it.

1.About this list
This page forms part of our Participant Terms, Privacy Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Reward Delivery page and Service Agreement. When those documents refer to "our Suppliers", they mean the businesses listed here.
The terms Gift Card, Organisation, Participant, Payout, Program and Reward have the meanings given in the Participant Terms.
Physical items are not on this list. When a Program offers a physical item, the Organisation supplies it, directly or through its own supplier, and the Organisation's or that supplier's terms apply (see the Participant Terms, section 15).
Other service providers that help us run the platform, such as hosting and email delivery, are described in the Privacy Policy, section 7.

3.Notes on payouts
A Payout is made in one of two ways, depending on how the Organisation has set up its Program:
- from RewardCo's Airwallex account, using money the Organisation has paid to RewardCo in advance for Rewards; or
- from the Organisation's own Airwallex account, connected to the platform. In this case the Organisation is Airwallex's customer for the Payout.
Either way, RewardCo stores your bank details encrypted and uses them only to make Payouts to you through Airwallex, which also receives them.
4.Changes to this list
When we add or replace a Supplier, we update this page and its "Last updated" date. We do not send a separate notice in advance, so this page is always the current list.
