There is no central RewardCo login for participants. Each program has its own web address, given to you by the organisation that runs it.
There is no single RewardCo login page for participants. Each program on the RewardCo platform has its own web address (its domain), set up for the organisation that runs it. You sign in at that address, not on rewardco.com.
The organisation running your program gives you the address. That might be your employer, a supplier you sell for, or a brand running a promotion.
Where to find the address
The address is usually in the invitation or welcome email you received when you joined the program. It is often the link you used the first time you signed in.
To find it:
- Search your inbox for the invitation or welcome email. Try the name of the program, the name of the organisation running it, or words such as “invitation”, “welcome” or “rewards”.
- Check your other folders. Invitations sometimes land in spam, junk or promotions folders.
- Ask the organisation running your program. Contact your program administrator, or the person at your organisation who looks after the program. They can give you the address.
Once you have found it
Bookmark the address in your browser, or save it somewhere you will find it again, so you can go straight to your program next time.
If you can open the page but cannot sign in, contact your program administrator.
Why rewardco.com cannot sign you in
rewardco.com is the website about the RewardCo platform, for organisations that want to run a program. It has no sign-in for participants: your program’s own address is the place to sign in.
